First we begin with a complimentary introductory 20 minute connect call.  Verifying a fit of schedules and initial health plan mapping.

We always ask:

What your exercise past and current is?

Do you have any injuries or limitations we should be made aware of?

What are your goals, small and large?

Then you chose the times, days and durations that fit you best.

What you can expect:

30, 45 or 60 minutes in length.

Coaches begin each session checking in with the client, about how they're specifically feeling each day prior to beginning.

We specialize in functional fitness, movements that improve and maintain:

- Mobility

- Flexibility

- Strength

- Balance

- & Cardio

This is general population training, meaning our initial goal is for you to be able to do the things you love, do them well and for a long time.

The Outdoor Space:

All equipment necessary is provided.  However a yoga mat that can get a little dirty is a great addition.

Good sun exposure so prepare accordingly.

& DOG FRIENDLY, AS LONG AS YOUR DOG IS FRIENDLY!
