Does my screen need to be on or off?
up to you, but we love to encourage people to be on and add to the group fun
Who hosts?
Private sessions are hosted internally on the clients preferred video service (zoom, teams, etc.).
Public Mon-Thurs 4pm program is hosted by Add Health on Zoom.
When should we do it? (Private event only)
To begin a team meeting (monthly, quarterly)
– this way people are already going to show up and be able to participate without other work distractions or demands.

2x /wk to begin for the first month, this keeps the client accountable and consistent as they begin their new program journey.

Micro-Breaks & Productivity
