Our Story
Hi. I’m Sean, founder of Add Health.
I came to understand a need in the workplace wellness world after more than a decade of being a personal trainer, group fitness coach and health and wellness consultant for a few major corporate clients and Bay Area health clubs.
The opportunities that these roles provided to meet, discuss and coach healthy living with so much of the workforce population, made a few general health insights apparent:

People don’t move enough.
Everyone feels time constrained.
Work takes up a lot of our time and energy.
We need to move and take health breaks regularly for mental & physical health.

After years of experiencing people cancel their sessions or missing their classes because they didn’t have an hour free that day, or traffic, or kids got sick among many other hiccups, I learned:
Repeatable health sessions need to be short in time.
We are busy, schedules are full, options need to be time efficient.
Live is best.
Humans relate more with live interaction. Plus it maintains a higher level of accountability.
Sessions BEST fit around OUR work SCHEDULE.
