If you have struggles with back pain, life can be seriously challenging even to move well.
I personally have struggled with back pain and some very bad times over the last 10 years.
And as a trainer, that’s extra tough to deal with at work, being active always.
After many years of trial and error, here are 4 exercises that are truly safe and effective in helping to manage and improve pain symptoms for both myself and clients of all ages, shapes, sizes, etc.
These 4 movements are Quick, Easy to Do, At Home Solutions:
1. Hugging Knees w/ Gentle Rocking
2. Hip Press
3. Childs Pose to Forward Lean
4. Birddog
