Stretch Out Your Spine with Your Desk Chair

Even taking just a short break to practice this will help you feel good fast.
We all have some level of compressed spines.
If you’re not taking breaks to reopen this, pain can follow. In fact back pain, whether low or high in neck and shoulders can be improved through this stretch break.
Just grab a chair, gently sit back with hips and let the head and chest sink more towards the floor.
Take a slow breath in and then as you breath out, stand up slowly and nice and tall.
