Focusing on your core and balance improves overall strength and gets your body ready for more advanced exercise.

Today we practice lateral stability while opening tight hips, low back, chest and shoulders.

Just simply stand up and have a little space to take a big step to each side.

Our Pro Tip: Back Foot on Toes, Push your Hips Further Out to the Side for a Bigger, Better Stretch.
