Todays workout sequence is:
Big Opener Series (3 Moves, 30 sec each):
-Step Back to Single Arm Opener
-Mobility Squat
-Archer Squats
Combo: 30 sec
-Squat to Shoulder Press
3×3 for 3 minutes:
-Body Rolls w/ Shoulder Presses
-Tricep Press w/ Reverse Crunch
-Single-Leg Hip Presses
*Repeated 3xs*
