The Stand & Stretch Break program reminds and guides you to stand up, add stretching and mobility exercises to tight areas of the body and to take the health break you know you need consistently to stay healthy

.... but probably aren't doing a good enough job of.

We currently offer 4 live, online, 10-minute sessions each week.   

Mondays - Thursdays

@ 4PM PST (via Zoom)

 

This is a simple-to-do-anywhere program.

We incorporate kinetic movement to help you maintain and build posture, loosen stiffness and pain throughout the body, get you moving and breathing better again.

Just join the sessions (no screen-on necessary) and gift yourself a 10-minute, full-body movement break guided by us.

Huge fan of Sean's training and 10min movement breaks

Great excuse to get out of my chair and get my stretch on. I loved how these stretches were more involved than the normal stuff you can access. I would definitely recommend Sean for personal training and also his new program for getting people to focus on movement throughout the day. Huge fan!

Such a welcome break to office life

I deal with a lot of sports related injuries. I tend to sit at my desk all day without moving, this leaves me stiff at the end of the day. This break gives me something to look forward to during the day and I have had a noticeable improvement in my stiffness within a very short period of time. Thank you Sean.

Amazing!

The live stretch break was amazing!

I have to admit that I didn't have high expectations for a 10 minute free class. I was proven wrong today.

The instructor packed a great variety of movements into this short session. I'd had a stressful day so far but by the end of the class, the tension had faded and I was back into my body. The movements left me simultaneously calm and energized.

I recommend these stretch breaks to anybody!

Feeling Refreshed

I just completed my first stretch break with Sean and it felt great! It was the short break from my day that I didn’t know I needed until it was over. I feel so much more awake and energized now and more focused on the tasks ahead. Looking forward to joining another stretch break soon!
