The Stand & Stretch Break program reminds and guides your employees through light-intensity mobility exercises designed with ergonomic pain in mind. We combat tight, tension-y areas of the body, take a break from the outside distractions with breathe work and help employees add a short movement break we all know we need...
.... but probably aren't doing a good enough job of doing regularly.

Mondays - Thursdays

We incorporate kinetic movement to help you maintain and build posture, loosen stiffness and pain throughout the body, get you moving and breathing better again.
Just join the sessions (no screen-on necessary) and gift yourself and your team a 10-minute, full-body movement break guided by us.
