I started training with Sean 6 months ago in October. I needed accountability and to get in shape after about 5 years of neglect.
I show up 3x’s/week for 30 minutes personal training sessions and am not only experiencing visible abs, increased stamina but I thoroughly enjoy our time together.
Tbh I was a little hesitant about hiring a trainer. What I didn’t consider was the personal and professional perks that came with a trainer and Sean specifically.
We often will casually chat as I workout about other important facets of my growth including work, family, food, trips, etc. He’s a bright, engaging and trusted coach now that I plan on training with for a lifetime going forward. The value and convenience I get out of these sessions is necessary for me.
