lWhat You Can Expect:

30, 45 or 60 minutes Zoom sessions.

Coaches begin each session checking in with the client on how they're feeling, maintaining a safety-first approach.

Sessions and programs are individually designed to each clients unique likes, dislikes, needs and desires.

Coaches are professional, certified personal trainers who excel at communication and form recognition.

Introductions:

We begin with a complimentary 20 minute connect call.  This call is to learn about you and begin identifying some initial healthy action planning.

Questions in our intro connect call are:

What your exercise past and current is?

Do you have any injuries or limitations we should be made aware of?

What are your goals (short-term, long-term)?

Then we find the times, days and durations that fit availability.

I started training with Sean 6 months ago in October. I needed accountability and to get in shape after about 5 years of neglect.
I show up 3x’s/week for 30 minutes personal training sessions and am not only experiencing visible abs, increased stamina but I thoroughly enjoy our time together.

Tbh I was a little hesitant about hiring a trainer. What I didn’t consider was the personal and professional perks that came with a trainer and Sean specifically.
We often will casually chat as I workout about other important facets of my growth including work, family, food, trips, etc. He’s a bright, engaging and trusted coach now that I plan on training with for a lifetime going forward. The value and convenience I get out of these sessions is necessary for me.

Great personal trainer!

I started to work with Sean when I retired to Santa Cruz from Boston. I have worked to strengthen my muscles and stamina. He taught me specific stretches appropriate for my training with great results. Sean has worked with and my care team ( MD, Physical Therapist, Physiatrist, Chiropractor, and Acupuncturist) to develop the best plan for my numerous challenges. Sean, to his credit, begins each session with a discussion of what is going on with the plan and adapts the workout to support my training. As such, I have had many successes. I would strongly recommend working with Sean. He's been great for me!
