I worked out almost three years every week with Sean in his fitness classes offered at my work until the pandemic hit in March 2020. Sean is a great trainer and a wellness coach. He is very much personable, friendly to everyone and has great sense of humor. His classes were always a place of great fun. I continued working with him through his live virtual sessions during the pandemic until I left that work. I am glad to see he is now offering other options through his business. I am looking forward to working out with him again.
